Julie's studio sits in a quiet spot above Maple Bay,  nestled amongst tall trees. Surrounded by the nature that inspires her, Julie works spontaneously to create semi-abstract landscapes that suggest a sense of place, without being tied to a specific location. The paint is applied energetically and, as the layers build, a composition begins to emerge. With a background in textile design, Julie's love of colour and texture is readily apparent in her work. She looks forward to welcoming you to her creative haven.
